We are not responsible for the results of your internal sales processes, marketing strategies, or how you utilize the leads and appointments provided.

2. Client Obligations

To ensure the success of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and timely business information, including your target audience, service offerings, and service areas.

Respond promptly to leads and appointments generated by our efforts.

Take full responsibility for your marketing decisions, including follow-up strategies, sales methods, and operational processes.

We do not control or guarantee conversion rates, revenue generation, or specific outcomes from the leads and appointments we provide.

3. Payment Terms

Quotes & Invoices: Pricing is outlined in your service agreement and is valid for 30 days.

Payment Schedule: Payments are due per the terms specified in your agreement.

Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees.

Refunds:

Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your agreement.

4. Marketing and Sales Outcomes

While Build Bright Ideas Marketing, LLC strives to deliver high-quality leads and appointments, success depends heavily on your internal marketing and sales processes. We are not responsible for:

The effectiveness of your follow-up or sales strategies.

Conversion rates or lack thereof.

The overall profitability or ROI of your campaigns.

Our responsibility is limited to delivering leads and appointments as specified in your agreement.

5. Campaign Adjustments & Delays

Marketing campaigns may require adjustments due to:

Changes in advertising platform policies or algorithms.Shifts in market conditions or demand.

Unforeseen challenges affecting lead generation.

Clients will be notified promptly of significant changes.

6. Cancellation & Termination

Client-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel your service agreement within 7 days of signing without penalty. Cancellations after this period may incur fees outlined in your agreement.

Agency-Initiated Terminations: Build Bright Ideas Marketing, LLC reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of agreement, or other valid reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

Build Bright Ideas Marketing, LLC is not liable for:

Your decisions regarding how you utilize the leads and appointments we provide. Missed opportunities due to delayed responses to leads or appointments.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from services provided.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality & Data Use

All client data provided to Build Bright Ideas Marketing, LLC will be treated as confidential and used solely for the execution of marketing campaigns. Clients agree not to share proprietary strategies, methods, or materials provided by Build Bright Ideas Marketing, LLC without prior consent.

9. Amendments to Terms

Build Bright Ideas Marketing, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
